About me...


While serving as a CEO in the business world for over 27 years, I also spent more than three decades in the pursuit of enlightenment, inner advancement and personal growth. Along the way I earned a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a Master's and Doctorate degree in Spiritual Science from Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy. I have been a Board Member of the University of Santa Monica since 2007 and have facilitated numerous workshops and seminars. I have traveled the world, both teaching and learning, and continue daily on my journey to personal evolution.

FAQ

  • How much time do I need to devote to this program daily?

    I suggest you do this 10 to 15 minutes a day minimum. In my experience the longer you do the process the more effective it will be. Some people do it for 30 minutes to an hour.

  • I am new to meditation, is this ok for beginners?

    There are guided meditations throughout the course that will tell you what to do each step of the way. This program works for both beginners and people who have been meditating for years.

  • I want more in depth coaching. Is that available?

    There are programs available that combine the 33 day course with private one to one sessions with me either over the phone or online. We can look at your own particular challenges and situation and put together a program handcrafted to your own needs and goals.

  • Can you tell me more about how the course is structured?

    Each day a new section of the course will become available to you. The foundation of this course is a daily guided meditation. There will be other tools and techniques to assist you in overcoming your challenges and expand into your authentic abundance.
